Deed, 1752 March 24, to Francis Jerdone.

Deed conveys one thousand acres in Louisa County (formerly Hanover County), Virginia from Thomas Martin's heirs of Bristol, England to Francis Jerdone of Yorktown. Except for James Hilhouse (Sr. or Jr.?), heirs are all female members of Martin's family. Deed witnessed by George Webb, John Chiswell, John Norton, and Robert Miller and signed by Humphrey Hill and John Robinson as attorneys for Martin's heirs. Proved at a General Court in Williamsburg.
